If you are ordering a prescription drug, yes. All our insulin products also require a prescription. To make things easier, once you place your order you can provide us with your local pharmacy’s information or doctors information and our pharmacy team can retrieve the prescription for you.
Yes! We ship to all states including Alaska and Hawaii.
Refrigerated items – $35.00
All items requiring refrigeration are shipped express with a tracking number, using an insulated container and gel packs. Packages take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive. Please note refrigeration items may not arrive cold.
Non-Refrigerated items – $9.00
Packages not requiring refrigeration will take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Yes! Call us at 1-888-234-8578 and ask for a pharmacist if you have any questions about your medication. You will also receive a patient education sheet about your medicine with your order.
We are able to dispense up to a 3 month supply of medication at a time.
Our Insulin and other products requiring refrigeration are shipped via express shipping and should arrive in 3-5 business days.
All other medication not requiring refrigeration take 2-3 weeks to arrive. We recommend patients have a 3 month supply on hand just in case there is a delay for any unforeseeable reason.
